Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Qual Med Ame Group LLC, clients and website users agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all professional interactions, service agreements, communications, and digital engagements with our organization. If a user or client does not agree with any portion of these terms, they are advised to discontinue use of our website or services immediately. Acceptance of these terms also implies acknowledgment of all applicable policies, including privacy, refund, and service agreements. We reserve the right to update or revise these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions. Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically to remain informed about their rights and obligations. These Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect between our company and all individuals or entities engaging with our services.

Services and Client Responsibilities

Qual Med Ame Group LLC provides medical billing, coding, revenue cycle management, and related administrative services as outlined in individual client agreements. While we strive to deliver accurate and timely services, clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date information necessary for billing operations. This includes patient records, insurance data, authorizations, and financial documentation. Delays or inaccuracies in the information supplied by clients may affect service outcomes and reimbursement timelines, for which we cannot be held liable. Clients agree to cooperate in communication, approvals, and documentation requests to ensure efficient workflow. Our organization operates as a professional service provider and not as a healthcare provider or insurer. Therefore, final medical decisions, patient care, and clinical documentation remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare practice. Establishing clear responsibilities ensures accountability, efficiency, and a smooth working relationship throughout the duration of the service agreement.

Payment Terms and Limitations of Liability

All payment terms, pricing structures, and billing cycles are defined within the individual service contract signed between Qual Med Ame Group LLC and the client. Payments are expected to be made according to the agreed schedule, and delays in payment may result in service suspension or termination. We are committed to delivering reliable services; however, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes such as claim approvals, reimbursement amounts, or insurance processing timelines, as these depend on external entities beyond our direct control. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not extend to indirect losses, business interruptions, or consequential damages. Clients acknowledge that medical billing involves collaboration with third‑party payers and regulatory bodies, and therefore certain delays or denials may occur despite best efforts. By agreeing to these terms, clients accept reasonable limitations of liability and understand the shared responsibility involved in revenue cycle management processes.

Intellectual Property, Termination, and Updates

All content, branding materials, documents, and digital assets associated with Qual Med Ame Group LLC, including logos, website content, and proprietary processes, remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or misuse of these materials is strictly prohibited. Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the notice period and conditions specified in the contract. Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due, and any ongoing service processes may be concluded or transferred as mutually agreed. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue portions of our services or website without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published with an updated effective date, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the revised terms. These provisions ensure operational flexibility while protecting both the company’s rights and the client’s professional interests.
